RIIWHS204E – Work Safely at Heights Online refresher

Our Work safely at heights online refresher training is designed to demonstrate that participants have the pre-existing skills and knowledge to work safely at heights. This is done using 100% online theory refresher training methods.

This training is appropriate for those required to work at heights as part of their role. The refresher training is delivered 100% online.

Sheer Workplace Training is responsible for the quality of the training and assessment and will be issuing the statement of attainment for this unit through RTO number 45597.

Pre-requisite and entry requirements work safely at heights
training refresher

  • USI – Unique Student Identifier – if you do not know yours, you can look it up at **www.usi.gov.au**

  • A clear scanned copy of your current drivers licence (both sides)

  • A copy of your current Statement of Attainment for RIIWHS204D OR RIIWHS204E – WORK SAFELY AT HEIGHTS dated after 2015. We will not accept Statements of Attainment dated prior to 2015 or wallet cards

If you do not have access to your Statement of Attainment, you can log into your USI student portal and download a VET Transcriptwww.usi.gov.au

please note all Transcripts must have a QR verification code. If you provide one without it, this will slow down the process and may result in your Statement of Attainment being issued outside the 1-3 day window.

Please Note:

Statement of attainment processing time is 1-3 business days

However, participants will need to demonstrate sufficient English language, literacy, numeracy and visual interpretation skills.

Participants must be at least 17 years of age at the commencement of this course.

Unique Student Identifier (USI)

Completing any vocational education course in Australia is a requirement for you to obtain and supply a USI. This is obtainable from usi.gov.au. If a USI is not supplied and verified with usi.gov.au, a certificate cannot be issued to you.

As a refresher, the individual who completed this course already holds a Statement of Attainment for RIIWHS204D Work safely at heights. This does not have an expiry date, however (Work at Heights Association) and industry standards recommend retraining every two years.

Refresher training is advised every two years due to changes in Australian Standards & Industry Standards. Changes in WHS legislation, Regulations and Codes of Practice are an important factor for individuals to ensure they remain current.

Delivery:

This assessment is an online refresher course involving a series of quizzes with a set of questions. You will have 30 days from the date of your registration in the course to complete the refresher.

We DO NOT accept wallet cards or Statements of Attainment dated prior to 2015. Refreshers are recommended to be undertaken at least every 2 years.
